Observer Notes
This camera appears to be positioned to read licenses on east bound vehicles . It is similar to Flock cameras. The city of Holbrook and the Navajo County Sheriff deny ownership or knowledge of this camera. They both suggested that we ask ADOT about it. ADOT denies ownership or responsibilty. The City of Holbrook has jurisdiction. This should alarm everyone.
