Why this site exists
Flock Safety sells automated license plate reader (ALPR) systems to local governments, law enforcement agencies, homeowners associations, and private businesses. These cameras silently record every vehicle that passes — building a detailed picture of where you go, when, and how often.
Flock data is routinely shared across agencies, often without public disclosure or meaningful oversight. In most jurisdictions, law enforcement can access this data without a warrant. Communities frequently have no idea the cameras are there.
This site exists to change that. By crowdsourcing camera locations, we help people understand the surveillance infrastructure in their neighborhoods — and make informed decisions about their movements and privacy.

The homepage shows all reported Flock camera locations across the US. Zoom in to your neighborhood to see what's near you.
Filter results
Use the filter panel to narrow by verification status or date reported. Verified cameras have been confirmed by multiple community members.
Click a pin
Select any camera pin to see full details — address, observer notes, verification status, and community confirmations.
Report a camera
Spotted a Flock camera? Drop a pin on the map, describe what you saw, and optionally upload a photo. Reports go live immediately.

Camera reports are submitted anonymously. We do not store identifying information about reporters.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
Standard server access logs may record IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
