OpenStreetMap Import
Queries Overpass API per state for all ALPR-tagged nodes. Run state-by-state to avoid Overpass timeouts and capture the full dataset. Each state runs 6 focused sub-queries covering all known ALPR tag variants.

Results persist in localStorage. Re-running a state is safe — proximity dedup prevents duplicates.
Fix Numeric City Names
Finds all cameras where city is a pure number (bad Nominatim geocode), re-geocodes each one via Nominatim, and updates the record. Respects the 1 req/s rate limit — large counts will take a while.
Bulk Confirm Cameras
Scores every unverified camera by data-quality signals and marks the top N as verified. Scoring: OSM source (+40), DeFlock source (+20), has photo (+15), existing confirmation (+15), has notes (+10), non-generic camera type (+10), non-generic mount type (+10), 3+ confirmations (+10). Run a dry run first to preview the score cutoff, then execute.
Community Flags
Community-submitted reports of wrong locations, removed cameras, duplicates, and non-Flock devices. Select flags then dismiss (leave camera as-is) or hide (also unverifies the camera).
